Pengaruh Adopsi Blockchain dan Tata Kelola Data terhadap Keamanan Big Data melalui Kepercayaan Pengguna di SATUSEHAT Mobile

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh adopsi blockchain dan tata kelola data terhadap keamanan big data melalui kepercayaan pengguna pada aplikasi SATUSEHAT Mobile. Sebagai platform kesehatan digital nasional Indonesia, SATUSEHAT mengintegrasikan data kesehatan masyarakat dalam skala besar sehingga menimbulkan tantangan terkait keamanan informasi dan tata kelola data. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 200 pengguna SATUSEHAT Mobile yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi blockchain dan tata kelola data berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pengguna dan keamanan big data. Kepercayaan pengguna juga terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara adopsi blockchain, tata kelola data, dan keamanan big data. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transparansi teknologi, tata kelola data yang kuat, serta strategi pembangunan kepercayaan sangat penting dalam menjamin keamanan big data pada sistem kesehatan digital nasional.
