Peran Ibu Rumah Tangga dalam Mengelola Keuangan Keluarga Sebagai Upaya Mewujudkan Keharmonisan Rumah Tangga di Banjar Titi Kemoning Klungkung

Pengelolaan keuangan keluarga menjadi isu krusial di masyarakat adat Bali akibat tekanan ekonomi dan kewajiban adat, dengan ibu rumah tangga sebagai pengelola utama yang sering menghadapi rendahnya literasi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran ibu rumah tangga dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga untuk mewujudkan keharmonisan rumah tangga di Banjar Titi Kemoning, Klungkung. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, populasi 35 ibu rumah tangga disampling secara total (30 responden). Instrumen meliputi wawancara semi-terstruktur, kuesioner awal-ulang, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi; analisis data dengan model Miles dan Huberman serta triangulasi. Hasil menunjukkan literasi awal rendah (16,7% edukasi keuangan), namun survei ulang mencatat peningkatan: 60% pencatatan pengeluaran, 56,7% menabung rutin, dan 63,3% diskusi suami-istri, mengurangi konflik finansial. Kesimpulan menyatakan penguatan literasi keuangan berbasis POAC mendukung ketahanan ekonomi dan harmoni rumah tangga, dengan implikasi program edukasi budaya.
